GETTING MY COPYRIGHT REVIEWS TO WORK

I wrote to them detailing the specific situation, with screenshots of the email and refund sum attachted, but only bought an automatic reply, declaring which the refund of €0,4 was last and that the case was closed. No rationalization whatsoever. The discrepancy is past comprehension and related issues took place to my other returned products too
